Welcome to Loveland
America’s “Sweetheart City!” Located just 45 miles north of Denver and just a short drive to the Big Thompson Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park – the “gateway to the Rockies”.
There is always something happening in this community, from musical concerts, art shows, theater productions, professional hockey games, and community celebrations to name a few. Locals look forward to the annual Sweetheart Festival of Love, Locks, & Lights and the annual Corn Roast Festival. Loveland offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor activities enjoyable for every season.
Loveland became an incorporated town in 1881 and thanks to the Great Western Sugar Company the local economy and employment flourished. Loveland continues to grow with the Centerra Shopping Center, the state-of-the-art Budweiser Event Center, and a new medical center.
Call me today and we can grab a cup of coffee from one of downtown Loveland’s locally owned shops and peruse the real estate market by car or by foot. Check out the City of Loveland’s plans for a new Town Center concept; very fun – space for the community to dwell, to experience entertainment, to dine, to engage.
